The “Terms” we and our refers to “Quantum“, The “Terms” you and your refers to you as the customer, user, visitor, bank account holder, card holder on our site.

1. It is your responsibility to follow the system-Requirements to run our services: Windows 10, Windows 11 (contact our team via Discord before purchasing if you are using Windows 11, some pre-versions may not be supported), Windows 8.1, Windows 8, (x86 & x64) supported. All Winver are supported. AMD & Intel processors are supported.
2. It is your responsibility to make sure to read over all information, such as system-requirements, status, and how to run the software.
3. We reserve ourselves the right to take as long as we needed when processing an order and may take any fee applicable while processing or refunding the order.
4. Make sure to always read the software status page, available publicly at all times under https://quantumcheats.tech/status
5. We are not responsible for any bugs/bans/error that you may receive with the cheat, but we will be happy to help you with any.
6. Any type of Fraud, Fraudulent, Identity Theft, Stolen Debit/Credit cards, are to be permitted by viewing, purchasing, and using on our website. Fraudulent orders will be banned and a refund will not be given.
7. After your product is delivered we do NOT offer refunds, as this is a digital product, the only case in where you can get your money back is if your order has not been completed, meaning you did not have access to the software.
8. We are not responsible by any type of damage or loss that may happen with your account, subscription or login details, make sure to keep you and your machine safe at all times.
9. CHARGEBACK/FRAUDULENT PAYMENTS: If you conduct a frauded payment yourself you will be banned and blacklisted permanently from using our website and services.
10. REFUND POLICY/WARRANTY: Upon purchasing products (license keys, codes, electronic gift card redemption codes etc), you accept that there will be no refunds under any circumstances. We are not working for the cheat/service providers; we merely sell for them. As such, it is your responsibility to ensure that the system and software pre-requisites defined by the service providers are met. Furthermore, any transactions of cryptocurrency are void of all warranty, no refunds allowed. This means that ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER PURCHASING. You will only be refunded IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED.
11. Quantum has the right to open a Legal Claim on the Bank that owns the Customers Card or Bank Account if a chargeback or refund is not sided with Quantum Cheats. We do not permit chargebacks at all.
